
Geoffrey A. Levy, Esq.
Geoffrey A. Levy, Esq. was born and raised in Broward County, Florida. He attended high school at Western High in Davie, FL. Mr. Levy then attended The Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and History. While at Florida State, Mr. Levy conducted research at The Institute on World War II and the Human Experience, which included summarizing and cataloguing personal accounts of the war.
Mr. Levy attended Law school at the Florida International University College of Law in Miami, FL. While in law school Mr. Levy clerked for the Honorable Beatrice Butchko of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida in Miami. Mr. Levy also was a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the State Attorney, 15th Circuit in West Palm Beach, FL. While with the State Attorney’s office Mr. Levy successfully tried several jury trials to verdict. Mr. Levy was also the founder and Editor-in-chief (‘07 -’09) of Ipsissima Verba, the student-run newspaper.
Prior to representing plaintiff’s who have been injured by the negligence of others, Mr. Levy handled complex litigation in the field of creditor rights. Mr. Levy worked for Robertson, Anschutz & Schneid, a leading creditor rights firm, and handled litigation throughout the State of Florida, successfully obtaining positive rulings at the summary judgment and trial stages, in person, in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Collier, Lee, Duval, St. Lucie, Martin, Volusia, Polk, Leon, Osceola, Seminole and Sumter counties. Mr. Levy also worked for Cole, Scott & Kissane, one of the largest Florida law firms, handling insurance defense prior to opening up The Levy Firm PLLC.
